The 2 Minute Fix: Tennis Elbow

The Problem:
Most people having trouble with lateral elbow pain aka Tennis Elbow aka Lateral Epicondylitis, stretch the forearm extensors, but overlook addressing the adhesions and scar tissue that develop in the soft tissues. Here I demonstrate 2 ways to target the wrist extensor group and remove adhesions from the affected area.

The Fix:
I demonstrate two ways to properly release the wrist extensor group to relieve Tennis Elbow pain.
