Most people in CrossFit or Weightlifting having trouble with medial elbow pain aka Golfer’s Elbow aka Medial Epicondylitis, stretch the forearm flexors with a straight elbow. Here I demo a way to target a forgotten muscle – the Flexor Carpi Ulnaris (FCU) properly with my good buddy Dr. Tim over at Woddoc.
I demonstrate the proper way to stretch and release the Flexor Carpi Ulnaris to relieve medial elbow pain and provide details on finding the problem area.
