Please refer to The 2 Minute Fix: Chin Ups Part 1 prior to watching this video. There I taught a technique to help achieve full supination of the forearm. In this video, I cover the inability to achieve full shoulder flexion and flexion with external rotation.

I address restriction and immobility of the Pectoralis Minor / Major, Latissimus Dorsi, Teres Major using 2 simple, but effective techniques.
