The Problem: Plateaus
Getting stuck in a routine is a sure fire way to hit a plateau. Mixing the types of stresses we applied to the body keeps it guessing, adapting and progressing. In this short video I demonstrate a few ways to break through sticking points for pressing activities. The concepts can be applied in many other movement patterns.
